Minimum Online Bid Amount = $2.00. No Buyers Premium. Sales Tax does Apply on merchandise and not on animals where applicable. Payment and Shipping Arrangements in advance are invited to assure bidding success. Paying for and the transfer of winning bid items must be made by the end of the sale unless previous arrangements are made. Handling charges may apply if I have to store or move purchased items. We can arrange shipping of non animal sales items. Arrangements must be made in advance for potential first time Pikeville online Buyers. All Items are sold As Is, Where Is and any warranty is between the buyer and seller.... not the auction company. Bidding is binding so if you don't intend on closing the deal then don't Bid. Pikeville Auction reserves the right to reject any suspicious bids or any Bidders that failed to follow through with previous purchases. Any documentation or announcements made the day of the sale overrules all other information whether written or spoken. Seller contracts must be completed and signed prior to auction startup.
